About Us

Chartered on April 15, 2016 the mission of the Greater Columbus Chapter of NFBPA is aligned with our national office- a commitment to strengthen the position of African Americans within the field of public administration; to increase career opportunities in public service for African Americans; and to mentor aspiring administrators to help them reach their goals.

“Everybody can be great...because anybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.”

Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.
